  • Standards
      • A >= 90%, B >= 80%, C >=70%, D >= 60%
      (All Students need 70% or above in all grading areas to receive certificate)

      Cisco Networking Academy IT Essentials I: PC Hardware & Software Companion Guide,
      IT Essentials I: PC Hardware & Software Engineering Journal & Workbook,
      IT Essentials: PC Hardware & Software Lab Companion.
  • Attendance Policy
      • Formal attendance recorded by instructor and will constitute 5% of final semester grade
  • Instructional Mode
      • Class sessions will include online curriculum, lecture, discussion, and hands-on labs. The intern helpdesk requires students to utilize their knowledge in real-life situations.
  • Independent Work
      • Students are expected to utilize their texts/online curriculum and additional materials given by the instructor on a nightly basis to reinforce concepts.
