LEHS Foreign Language
The Foreign Language Department offers 5 years of French and Spanish in College Honors and Advanced Placement levels and 4 years of Latin. Latin III and Latin IV are Honors classes. Students are prepared to take Advanced Placement SAT II exams. They also participate in contests, such as the National Latin, French and Spanish exams. The Latin Certamen(Quiz) Team has won state awards. A new Sony language laboratory enhances foreign language instruction.
